Who is collecting my data?

In the language of the Philippine Data Privacy Act, Everhow Global is the personal information controller for this website. There is no parent company behind it and no data broker beside it. What you send us stays with us.
What do we collect?
Two things. The emails you choose to send us, including your address, your name, and anything you attach, such as a CV. And the basic web logs our hosting provider records automatically for every visit: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps.
If you apply as talent, your application email usually carries more than a casual inquiry does: work history, references, a portfolio, sometimes a voice sample for English verification. All of it arrives because you decided to send it. We never have more about you than what you put in front of us.
The web logs are standard for practically every site on the internet. Our host keeps them for security and uptime monitoring, and we can consult them if something breaks or someone attacks the site.
What do we never collect?
This site has no accounts, no logins, no cookies of our own, no analytics, and no advertising pixels. We do not buy data about you, and we do not sell, rent, or trade anything you send us. Browsing this site builds no profile of you anywhere we control.
Two third-party services do load when a page opens, and honesty requires naming them:
- Google Fonts serves our typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers.
- jsDelivr, a public CDN, serves the small scripts that power this site's scrolling and animation.
Like any web request, those two reach their servers with your IP address and standard browser data, handled under those companies' own privacy policies rather than ours. That is the complete list. If we ever add a third, this page will say so before it happens.
How do we use what you send?
For exactly what you sent it for. A business inquiry gets a reply and, if you go ahead, becomes the working record of your hire. A talent application moves through our screening and vetting process. We keep the thread so the next reply has context, and nothing more is done with it.
Applications are read only by the people who screen, vet, and match candidates. If we shortlist you for a client role, the profile you sent travels with the process, and you always know, because you are the one interviewing. Business correspondence stays between you and the team handling your account.
We do not use your email address for a newsletter you never asked for, and we do not hand it to anyone else for theirs.
How long do we keep it?
Business correspondence stays in our mailbox while the conversation or engagement is live, and in our ordinary records afterward. Talent applications stay in our pool so we can match you with future roles, unless you ask us to remove them. Ask, and we delete. No form, no waiting period.
Hosting access logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention schedule. We do not extract, archive, or build anything on top of them.
What are my rights under Philippine law?
The Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act 10173, gives you the right to know what we hold about you, see it, correct it, object to how it is used, have it deleted or blocked, take a copy with you, and claim damages if mishandling ever harms you. Every one of these works by emailing us.
- Be informed. This page is that, and you can always ask for specifics.
- Access. Ask what we hold about you and we send it.
- Correction. Wrong or outdated details get fixed on request.
- Erasure or blocking. We delete or stop using your data when you ask.
- Object. Tell us to stop using your data for something and we stop.
- Portability. You can take a copy of what you gave us in a usable format.
- Damages. The law lets you claim compensation for proven misuse.
You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission, the regulator that enforces the Act. We would rather you write to us first so we can fix the problem the same week, but the right is yours either way.
How do I make a request?
Email hello@everhowglobal.com and say what you want: access, a correction, or deletion. Mention the address you originally wrote from so we can find your records. A real person replies within one business day, Philippine time, and we act on the request itself as fast as verification allows.
