everhowglobal.com is an informational website. It explains what Everhow does, how our vetting and training work, what a placement includes, and how to reach us. Browsing it, emailing us, or using the chat widget does not create a service engagement, an employment relationship, or any contract between you and Everhow Global.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the fix is simple: do not use the site.

02The website is not an offer

Everything here, including service descriptions, the savings calculator, and talent profiles, is general information. It is not a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability.

Actual service engagements are governed by separate written agreements signed by both sides. That is where scope, commitments, timelines, and the 90-day replacement guarantee are set down.

03Using the site

You are welcome to browse, link to, and share our pages. A few things are off the table:

• Using the site for anything unlawful.
• Attempting to break, probe, overload, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it.
• Misrepresenting Everhow, or presenting yourself as acting for us when you are not.
• Harvesting content or data in bulk, including scraping talent names, photos, or profiles.

04Intellectual property

The Everhow name and logo, the design of this site, and its text, graphics, and code are the property of Everhow Global. You may quote or reference our pages with attribution, but do not reuse our material commercially without written permission. A short email to hello@everhowglobal.com usually settles it within a business day.

Talent names and photos on this site identify real professionals in our pool. They are here so you can see who you would actually be working with, and they may not be copied, republished, or reused for any other purpose.

05No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and nothing on it is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Savings estimates, including the calculator on the home page, are illustrations built on typical figures. The number that counts is the one we put in writing for your specific roles.

06Links to other sites

Some pages link to websites we do not run, such as TESDA, partner organizations, and social platforms. We link to them because they are useful, not because we control them. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are their own, so check them before you rely on them. A link from us is not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

07Liability

To the extent Philippine law allows, Everhow Global is not liable for losses that come from using this website, relying on its general information, or being unable to reach it.

This section is about the website only. It does not limit anything we commit to in a signed service agreement; those commitments, including the 90-day free replacement guarantee, live in the agreement itself and stand on their own.

08Privacy

How we handle the information you send us, whether an email, a talent application, or a chat message, is covered by our Privacy Policy. It is written in the same plain language as this page, and it is short.

09Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading, and a material change gets a fresh date, not a quiet edit. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

This version took effect on July 17, 2026 and replaces every earlier version.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about this website belongs to the proper courts of General Santos City, Philippines.
